Core, Growth, and Scale each include a full 15-day trial of the exact plan you choose. Solo is a limited launch offer for qualifying one-person businesses. Enterprise begins with a design and readiness conversation.

After early access is approved, you can create your business, finish onboarding, and launch without a payment method. Adding a card will never start or shorten your trial.

Your trial begins as soon as you confirm your own launch after finishing setup. If a valid payment method is on file, VanityOps attempts the first charge for your selected monthly or annual schedule when the trial ends. Without one, billing pauses.

Yes. An owner or admin with billing access can confirm an upgrade or downgrade. Your original trial end date stays the same, and the new plan takes effect after confirmation.

Core, Growth, and Scale are priced per active location on the monthly or annual schedule you select. Your trial includes one location. Additional active locations use the same plan and billing schedule.

Customer records remain unlimited on every package. Solo is limited to one bookable professional and marketing to 300 customers. Core, Growth, and Scale do not limit staff or customer records. Delivery services such as SMS can have separate usage charges when enabled.

Yes. Annual billing includes two months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months. Annual additions and plan changes are reviewed before confirmation, and Enterprise uses contracted terms.

Paid features continue once your subscription is confirmed and paid. Otherwise, they pause while your workspace remains available for billing. We never move you to another plan without your approval.

No. Founding Partner Core is the complete Core plan at a preferred price, including every future improvement made to Core.

You can continue with standard Core or choose another plan before your trial begins. VanityOps will not charge you without your confirmation.
