Is there a setup fee?

Founding Partner includes a $0 standard setup fee. If your business needs custom migration, implementation, or onboarding work outside the normal setup scope, VanityOps will explain the work and any cost before it begins.

How does Founding Partner pricing work?

Founding Partner pricing is limited to the first 20 approved VanityOps businesses. The $79 monthly rate remains available while the subscription stays continuously active.

Do you charge per customer?

No. VanityOps does not increase your monthly price each time you add another customer profile.

How are multiple locations priced?

Growth and Pro are priced per location. Founding Partner businesses can confirm additional-location pricing directly with VanityOps during the launch period.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can move to a higher service level as your business grows or as you need more advanced reporting, controls, and support.

Are SMS messages included?

SMS and other high-volume messaging are not included in the standard subscription price. When available, messaging will be priced separately based on usage.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. VanityOps is mobile-friendly and works through the web, so customers can check in and follow their visit without installing another app.
