These terms govern use of the public VanityOps website. Use of a VanityOps account, paid subscription, trial, or other service may require a separate customer agreement presented during enrollment or contracting. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms for the service it covers, that agreement controls.

Permitted use

• Use the website lawfully and for legitimate evaluation, support, or business communication.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, probe protected systems, or submit malicious content.
• Do not misrepresent identity, ownership, affiliation, or authority.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions, plan boundaries, and availability accurate. Product capabilities can evolve. Pricing, trial eligibility, included features, and commercial commitments are governed by the enrollment flow or signed agreement applicable to the transaction.

Founding Partner

Founding Partner Core is the complete Core plan at a preferred rate for approved applicants. The current published rate is $79 per month for the first active location, compared with the standard Core rate of $99, with no setup fee.

Applications are reviewed before the trial begins. If approved, the preferred rate stays in place while the subscription remains active and the approved terms are met. If an application is not approved, the business may continue with standard Core or choose another plan before the trial begins. VanityOps will not charge without confirmation.

These details are a public summary. Any application-specific terms presented during enrollment or in a signed agreement control for that relationship.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, copy, visual system, software, and related materials are owned by VanityOps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a license beyond viewing and using the website for its intended purpose.

Third-party destinations

The website may link to external services, including Help Center, System Status, Studios, payment, or authentication destinations. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. A link does not create a warranty of continuous external availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, VanityOps disclaims implied warranties relating to this public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
